Now that you have identified the different macro nutrients your body needs, incorporating them with a workout routine could help accomplish your goal much quicker and in a better manner. If you haven’t read my previous blogs, where i explain Macro-nutrients, you can do so here.

Before you go into deciding what exercises you need to perform in the gym, it is important to note that there should be a certain routine which you must follow. Not only does this help you be consistent with your workout, but, it also helps tune your body and make your work-outs more efficient in the longer run. Another important factor is if you follow either your workout or your diet, you are more likely to stick to your healthy routine for the day. For example, if you workout in the morning, you will be more likely to stick to your diet and vice-versa.
So what’s the best time to hot the gym? The answer is that, there is no certain time that can be advantageous to the general public. It all depends upon you and what time you find fit. whether it is early in the morning, or at night, after work. Both, morning, and night workouts have their benefits.

Morning Workouts

  1. One of the advantages to working out in the morning, is that you can stay consistent, and it helps change a person into becoming an early riser, which has it’s own benefits, such as, getting more work done throughout the day.
  2. Also, most people prefer working out in the afternoon or evening, so, if you decide to hit the gym early, you have the gym with very few people and can continue your routine without any hindrances.
  3. If you plan on working out in the morning, your choice of breakfast will most probably be a healthy one, which is very important, as the breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
  4. As i mentioned earlier, working out in the mornings will make you a morning person, this will mean you would, yourself prefer going to bed earlier which is more beneficial than sleeping late.

Evening Workouts

  1. For people who are definitely not the early waking up types, evening workouts are the best. Evening workouts may also provide extra strength from everything consumed throughout the day, leading to a more fulfilling workout.
  2. Working out late in the day could also be a source of stress release. All the stress and excess energy of the day can be burned out in the evening.
  3. Another advantage could be, anticipating an evening workout could help keep you on your toes throughout the day.

So the next step, after deciding your diet, is planning your workout timings, once that is done, what is important is to be consistent. Only when consistency is involved, will you notice the benefits.
